Case study

Eazia Styling

One client, one portal, by hand.

Every new client meant building her a portal from scratch. The business could only grow as fast as one person could hand-assemble it.

Live at styling.eazia.com, in production with paying clients.

The problem

A luxurypracticerunning onemail andwillpower.

Eazia sells aesthetic identity: a colour analysis and a personal Style DNA blueprint that reads more like a portrait than a shopping list. The work was excellent and the delivery was held together by hand. Intake arrived by email, so a failed send meant a client’s photos and measurements were simply gone. Each client portal was hand-built and hand-deployed. Payments, memberships, referrals, and the actual conversation with clients lived in four different places, none of which knew about the others. The ceiling on the business was not demand. It was how many portals one person could assemble in a week.

The build

The wholeplatform,front toback.

One system with four faces. A public site that captures leads through free readings and a real intake form, with every photo and answer landing in storage instead of an inbox. A client portal where the blueprint lives: the palette, the style rules, the lifestyle looks, the curated boutiques, the personal archive, and a direct thread to her stylist. A Studio console where the founder runs the entire business, editing any client’s blueprint live, moving leads through the pipeline, sending invoices, and tracking referral credit. Underneath, a per-client knowledge layer so the platform can answer a styling question in her voice and inside that client’s actual palette, instead of guessing like a generic chatbot.

The result

The ceilingmoved.

A new client is now a record, not a build. Intake cannot be lost. The founder edits a blueprint in a browser instead of a code editor, and the client sees it immediately. The practice kept the thing that made it worth paying for, which is her judgment, and stopped spending the week on the parts that never needed her.
