Case study

From the Ground Up

Two decades of clinical methodology. One digital instrument built to carry it.

The problem

The knowledge lived in the room.

Chris D'Arcy and Kristie DiCostanzo had spent over two decades developing a clinical methodology that most people had never encountered: somatic inquiry and homeopathic guidance built on a precise, layered understanding of how the body holds unresolved conflict. What they had was a thriving practice, virtual sessions with clients around the world, notebooks full of clinical discovery, and a website that gestured at the depth of the work without being able to hold it. The methodology existed. It just couldn't travel.

The foundation

The MAG Book.

The first task was encoding what had never been encoded. The MAG Book is a structured clinical reference library that captures two decades of pattern recognition: conflict families, somatic point pairs, biological programs, restoration sets, and the specific language the work requires. It is not a static document. Every session generates new clinical material. When something new is discovered in a live call, it gets extracted and persisted, so the platform and the practice evolve together. The MAG Book grows every time Chris or Kristie works.

The platforms

Resonance and Remedies.

On top of that foundation: two AI-powered platforms unified into a single authenticated product at fromthegroundup.rocks. Resonance handles somatic inquiry. Remedies handles homeopathic guidance. Both run on a clinical prompt built entirely from the ground up. No generic wellness language, no chatbot register, no approximations. The same specificity Chris and Kristie bring to a session is what the platform delivers between them.

The ongoing role

Translation as a continuous job.

The initial build was not the end of the work. Each session generates new theoretical frames, new somatic correction points, refined mirror language. Turning that into something the platform can hold is a continuous translation job that sits at the edge of clinical knowledge and technical architecture. The role is not maintenance. It is participation in an evolving practice.

The result

The notebook became a platform.

A practice that used to exist only in a room now has a digital instrument that scales with it. Clients have access to the same clinical framework between sessions, across time zones, whenever something surfaces. The methodology is no longer bound by the hour of the call.

In their words

To say that Kyle is exceptional at what he does would be an understatement. My partner and I came to him with an idea that was incredibly personal to us. It wasn't just another project, it was something we had poured our hearts into and envisioned for a long time. We knew the success of it depended on finding someone we could trust completely. Someone with the technical ability to build it, but also the intuition to truly understand what we were trying to create.

Kyle exceeded every expectation we had.

What sets him apart isn't just his talent, it's the way he listens. He took the time to understand our work, our mission, and the subtle nuances that make our platform resonate with the people it's meant to serve. Time and again, he anticipated needs we hadn't even articulated yet, and consistently found thoughtful solutions to challenges that required creativity, curiosity, and an incredible level of commitment.

There were many moments where the easy answer would have been "that's not possible." Instead, Kyle kept digging until he found a way. He approached every obstacle with integrity, determination, and genuine investment in our vision. It never felt like he was simply building software; it felt like he cared about what we were creating as much as we did.

Quite honestly, our platform would not be what it is without Kyle. He transformed an idea into something better than we imagined, and he did so with a level of craftsmanship, partnership, and dedication that is incredibly rare.

As long as Kyle is willing to work with us, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our platform. We are profoundly grateful for him and couldn't recommend him more highly.
