Case study

Big FOOT Medical

The proof was already there.

A decade of hospital relationships, sitting in a PDF nobody outside the company had ever opened.

Live at bigfootmed.com. Playmaker live and in daily use. Inventory system built, entering production.

The problem

A companybetter thanits ownevidence.

Big FOOT Medical had spent a decade earning the kind of credibility you cannot manufacture: hospital systems that kept reordering, delivery at national scale when the supply chain broke, savings a purchasing director could verify. None of it was reachable. The proof lived in a confidential PDF, the catalog lived in the founder’s head, the stock levels lived in QuickBooks, and the front door was a website builder from the era before anyone searched for a supplier this way. Sellers rebuilt the same pitch from scratch for every hospital, by hand, every time.

The build

Four systems,one idea.

Everything we built does the same job: take proof the company already earned and put it where it does work. A new site at bigfootmed.com carries the catalog, the results, and a quote flow, with the old domain and every legacy URL redirecting so ten years of search history came along. The email and domain moved without a single lost message, which sounds small until you remember that the founder’s address is the login for dozens of vendor portals. Underneath it, a structured knowledge base gave the company one verified answer for every claim it makes. Then Playmaker: a seller enters a prospect and their notes, the system reads the prospect’s own website for their brand, and out comes a personalized microsite and a matching PDF, written only from what the knowledge base can support. The seller edits and sends. An inventory system reading from QuickBooks is built and entering production, so a CFO or a distributor can see real stock without asking anyone.

The result

The pitchstopped beinga project.

A sell sheet that used to take hours of hand-built work now takes a form and a review. Sellers see who opened it, which section held them, and whether it got forwarded to the rest of the buying committee. The company’s ten years of evidence finally sits where buyers look, and nothing in any of it makes a claim the knowledge base cannot back.
