The method, not the man, at scale.
A Power Five strength coach with a real method and five clients. The constraint was never demand. It was that every program came out of his hands.

Cory Castro spent a decade in Division I strength and conditioning and arrived at a principle-based method that works on people who are not athletes: founders and executives in their forties who travel constantly, trained seriously fifteen years ago, and now have a list of injuries and no time. The method was real and fully formed. Delivering it was not. Programs were written by hand. There was no front door for someone who wanted in, no way to qualify a lead, and no surface between sessions. He could serve exactly as many people as he could personally program for.
Three surfaces on one system. A public site that runs on qualification instead of giveaways: the intake survey ends by telling someone why their last attempt fell apart, not by handing them a free program. A client app for the calendar, the logging, the movement screen, and the thread back to Cory. A coach portal where he runs the roster and builds programs. The part that matters is the constraint. A deterministic engine encodes his eight principles and owns every structural decision, every percentage, every load. The model is only allowed to choose exercises from menus that engine already filtered, and to write in his voice. If the model is unavailable, the engine still produces a sound program on its own. The AI never gets to decide how hard someone trains.
The method now scales past the number of blocks one person can write in a week. Inbound interest gets qualified before it reaches his calendar. Clients log, get seen, and stay in contact between sessions. And nothing the platform produces contradicts how he actually coaches, because the rules of his method are in the code, not in a prompt asking a model to behave.
If your situation is adjacent to this one, that's usually the most interesting build.
