One voice everywhere.
A real methodology, in pieces across sessions, social posts, notes. A personal LLM trained on all of it, finally.
The problem
The methodology lived in pieces.
A strength coach with a real methodology and an audience that wanted more of it. The brand and the voice existed in fragments: live sessions, social posts, training notes, prior recordings, scattered drafts. The coaching presence lived in too many places at once, with no single platform that carried the full weight of the methodology. Clients between sessions had partial access at best.
The build
A unified platform, a mobile app, a personal LLM.
Built the unified platform and the mobile app, then trained a personal LLM on his complete library of work: every session, every post, every note, every framework. The model speaks in his voice, on his methodology, the way he would. Not GPT with a system prompt. A model that knows the practice because it was trained on it.
The result
The coaching scales beyond the hour of the call.
The coaching now speaks in one voice wherever someone finds it: in the app, in the platform, in the messages between sessions. The methodology no longer lives only in the live hour. Clients reach the full framework on their own time, and the coach's body of work finally has a home that can grow with him.
