§ Work · 03 · Outreach engines

Sequenced against private data.

A firm whose outreach worked because of context no vendor template could carry. The system that finally encoded it.

The problem

The voice was the moat.

A firm with a relationship-driven sales motion where off-the-shelf tools couldn't access what made their outreach different: internal deal history, prior interaction signals, the voice calibrated to a specific vertical. A rep spent most of the week on sequencing, formatting, and follow-up scheduling instead of the conversation itself. The thing that made the firm win was the context, and the context was nowhere a vendor template could reach.

The build

The personalization layer no vendor could ship.

Built the sequencing system that personalizes against the firm's private data layer: prior conversations, deal history, the way their best people talk to prospects. Voice calibration tuned to the firm's actual register, not a generic best-practice template. The system sequences without manual intervention and carries context that nobody else could.

The result

The week becomes the conversation.

The rep's calendar week shifted from formatting and follow-up scheduling to the call itself. Outreach lands because it sounds like the firm and references the things only the firm would know. The system runs on the data layer the firm already had; what changed was that the data became usable in outbound.
