Six sources, ranked.

A PE portfolio company whose best leads were scattered across six places. The accounts worth a call today, ranked and ready.

The problem

Six sources, no signal.

A PE portfolio company whose best leads lived in six fragmented places: CRM notes, intake forms, partner spreadsheets, permits, RFPs, inbox threads. The team manually searched each source, built lists by hand, and lost more warm contacts to context-switching than to competition. The leads were already in the stack. Nobody could see them at the same time.

The build

A consolidation layer ranked by what matters today.

Built the layer that pulls from every source on the firm's existing posture, normalizes the signal, and ranks accounts by the conversion patterns the team's best closers actually use, not by industry averages. The ranking is opinionated by design: it surfaces the few accounts worth a call today, not the long list of everyone who might be a fit eventually.

The result

The calendar week shifts.

The team's week moved from prospecting to conversation. Warm contacts stopped dropping. The ranked feed became the thing the team opens Monday morning. The system kept running after handoff and now runs without an account layer in between.
